SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at craft-tea-botanics.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Every effort is made to ship the same day for confirmed and paid orders received Monday through Friday, before 2:00 pm SE Asia Standard Time. An email confirmation is sent from our website. Orders not received or processed in time for our pickup will ship the following business day. This will delay the receipt of your shipping confirmation.​

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATE

​In most Southeast Asian countries you will receive the order within 3 - 5 days after shipment. Beyond that, you can expect 6 - 8 days depending on how far and remote your location is.​

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

While we hope that you are always satisfied with your CRAFT TEA BOTANICS purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs with the return.

  • To coordinate your return, you can contact us at support@craft-tea-botanics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you your return authorization number, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded unless you received damaged merchandise.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.

  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Only items purchased on craft-tea-botanics.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchased from craft-tea-botanics.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell CRAFT TEA BOTANICS products.
